Licensed for civil weddings, partnership commitments, Renewel Vows and Baby naming ceremonies, our professional and friendly staff are here to make your Wedding Day a day to remember.

Our aim is to help make your special day a happy and memorable occasion for you and your guests.

We have four designated rooms from which you can choose, depending on the number of guests you choose to invite. If you wish a small intimate ceremony we can help. If you wish to invite upto 150 guests to help celebrate your coupling, we are here to help.

Our hotel is also the ideal venue for your wedding breakfast.

The Sandringham Suite, upstairs in the Country Club, has panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. This venue is ideal for civil ceremonies and can hold 20 - 90 persons. We also provided disabled access via a stair lift.

The Country Club function room is on the ground floor and has access to a large patio and private garden. This room fully equipped with audio an video facilities, complimented by a sophisticated lighting system, ideal for your evening reception. This function room can accommodate 60 to 150 people for a formal wedding breakfast and upto 200 for the evening reception.

Our Wellington Restaurant, situated in the main hotel overlooks the landscaped gardens and has access to a large patio. The arched gardens, with central fountain, make the ideal location for those special photographs. This room is ideal for the smaller intimate receptions for 10 to 50 persons, and you may have exclusive use until 5.00pm, and follow it with an evening reception in the Country Club.

The hotel conference room is situated upstairs in the main hotel and is ideal for the smaller more intimate ceremony. This room holds 10 -40 persons.

For wedding breakfasts we have a wide range of menu selections, as well as a more varied menu for 12 persons or less. We have a well stocked wine cellar to suit most taste or you may provide your own, though a corkage fee will apply.

How to book

Once you have decided upon the date of your wedding, please contact the hotel on 01485 600210 to check availability and talk to our Banqueting Manager about your arrangements.

If you prefer a Civil Ceremony, you will also need to contact the Superintendent Registrar at the Kings Lynn Register office (Telephone: 01553 669251) to check on their availability. They will also advise you on what you need to do.

A Civil Ceremony that takes place at an approved venue such as ours, must not contain any religious content. Any music, reading, words or performances that form part of your ceremony must be secular and agreed in advance with the Superintendent Registrar.

The venue in which the ceremony will take place must also be set out with the Superintendent Registrars approval.

Floral arrangements and other decorations must be discussed with our Banquet Manager who will be happy to answer any questions you may have and assist you with your arrangements.
